When you book an appointment with us at Abalone Retreat, we take great pride in offering an exceptional experience. We are an exclusive, appointment only Retreat with high demand for appointment times. We wish that you respect the reserved time of our team to make you look and feel your best and avoid last minute cancellations or not showing up for your appointment.
We require 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or changes in the date or time you have booked. This ensures us adequate time to contact waiting clients to fill this time.
If 24 hours notice is not given and we are unable to fill the appointment time, you will be responsible to pay a fee of 50% of the service booked.
We will be compassionate and aware that there are unforeseen issues that may arise and will take that into account when deciding if a fee will be charged for the missed appointment.
